Did you know that garlic will lower your blood pressure, prevent you from disease, heal wounds, and flavor your food? Yep, it’s one of the most wonderful herbs on the planet, and it tastes good too. There are many, many uses for garlic and I will take a moment to let you in on just a few. For those of you who would rather use natural remedies than have to run to the pharmacy, pay close attention- especially if you have young children. The less you expose your child to chemicals and drugs, the better chance that child has of growing up free of allergies, disorders and more. Herbal remedies when used in their wholesome state, will never have side effects or cause side effects. They are completely used by the body and provide healing and nourishment. Most drugs that are made from extracts of herbs only use parts of the herb in order to concentrate that one particular effect of the herb. When this takes place, the body does not readily absorb all the elements of the drug and instead will store it in your body, causing problems later, such as arthritis, constipation, and inflammation. So try to stick with purity whenever possible. We have been provided with everything we need to keep our bodies healthy, well and strong.
