I am suffering with one gout attack after another! I received a prescription med today that added to my misery! I realize I need to conquer this with the help of nutrition!! I’ll start with this smoothie that sounds delicious! Also going to try dandelion root and something called kratom!
Gout responds very well to three simple things. Stop eating red meat and dairy. Drink celery juice every morning. Eat cherries In a matter of days your uric acid should lower considerably.
I also have diverticulitis with the celery juice be any bad effect to that?
Celery Juice will not effect diverticulitis. You may consider taking Slipper Elm for your DV.
We carry a product called Slippery Elm Gruel which is very healing and has a wonderful effect on many GI issues including IBS and DV. It contains slippery elm and licorice root. Healing and soothing.
