Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic

This delightful beverage may be taken 2-3 times a day and will amaze you with its health benefits.  The apple cider vinegar helps to oxygenate the blood, balance the Ph in your body and so much more. It will help with allergies, digestive systems, acid reflux, bad breath, eczema, high blood pressure, arthritis, brittle nails, skin texture, premature aging and so much more.  This is my favorite drink for adding that much-needed energy boost in the middle of the day as well as mental clarity.
