Ideally, there would be some interesting introduction to some of the more unknown herbs in this tea, but for now you get this pithy sentence to introduce this culinary delight.

Ingredients
- 4-6 tsp Fresh Nettle Herb (or 2tsp dried)
- 2-3 tsp Fresh Vitex Berry (or 1tsp dried)
- 2-3 tsp Fresh Ligustrum Berry (or 1tsp dried)
- 2-3 tsp Fresh Lavender Flower (or 1tsp dried)
- 2 tsp Fresh Fennel Seed 1tsp dried
- 2-3 tsp Fresh Licorice Root or Stevia Herb to taste
- 3 cups Distilled Water
Optional
- 1 tsp Dried Black Cohosh Root
- 1 tsp Dried Dang Gui Root

Instructions
- Place the nettle, vitex, ligustrum, lavender, fennel, licorice or stevia and optional herbs in a saucepan.
- Pour the water over the herbs and stir to thoroughly combine. Cover and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let steep, covered for additional 15 minutes.
- Strain into a sealable pitcher or container and compost the herbs.
Recipe Notes
Drink up to 3 cups a day as needed. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
